Tom and Laura Faulk were born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1978 they attended the Cleveland Baptist Church in Cleveland where they accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour and where they immediately became active members. In October of that same year Pastor Faulk surrendered to the call of the Lord to serve in full-time ministry and soon enrolled in Bible College earning a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Pastoral Theology.

Pastor Faulk and his wife Laura have served in church ministries that include the Pastorate and Christian Education (Day school and Bible Institute) for over 25 years. Most recently, Pastor Faulk served as the Assistant Pastor and School Principal at Victory Baptist Church in Londonderry, New Hampshire for 11 years (1998-2009). He is honored to have been called by God and by the congregation of the First Baptist Church of Groton, MA to be their senior pastor. They are excited to get settled in the community and to get started with "A New Beginning at an Old Church."

The Faulks have four children and six grandchildren living in New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Tennessee.
